· This Brew-Through carafe by Zojirushi is designed to fit under a brewer, and brew directly into the carafe. This method of brewing is a great time saver for busy coffee environments. The units allows liquids to be poured directly into the top funnel of the unit, and drains down though the interior passages into the carafe, eliminating a direct shot for heat to escape out the top.
The carafe itself is constructed from unbreakable double wall stainless steel, vacuum insulated materials for incredible heat retention. This unit works in most brew units, as long as its height does not exceed the head height of the unit that you are using it in.
The top funnel lid portion of the unit is a 3 piece design which can be dissassembled for easy cleaning.
This stainless carafe is one of the few brew-in units on the market that can boast NSF certification. NSF - National Sanitation Foundation ensures a healthy, hygenic atmosphere for use in commercial food service industries.
