The French Press offers an excellent solution for desktop brewing. Just add coffee & hot water, let steep for a minute or two, then plunge down. The filter screen on the end of the plunger pushes the grounds to the bottom of the pot, leaving the brewed coffee on top, ready to be poured. NOTE: French Press capacities are stated in standard 4 oz. coffee cups. Were not sure who in the world drinks a 4 oz. cup of coffee... seems kind of like running downhill with your mouth open... but, nevertheless, thats how they are sized. We strongly recommend checking ounces on the specs listed below to be sure the press you purchase is the right french press for you.
