The Gene Cafe roast controls offer a fully variable roast environment, allowing for both temperature and roast time changes... on the fly!
One thing we have noticed is the cooldown time takes a bit longer than similar roasters, so just adjust your roast times accordingly, and allow extra time for the cooldown to get the roast of your choice.
