How soon will this Pre-Ordered item ship?

We make this Pre-Order option available for our customers who choose to reserve their place in line when units become available. A Pre-Ordered item indicates the units are currently not in stock at BaldMountainCoffee.com, but are expected to be replenished by the ETA date shown. An ETA status of "Pending" indicates we do not have a concrete date of arrival, or no ETA is currently available. We will update the status as information becomes available. If you are an impatient person, this Pre-Order option may not be for you. Please keep queries on your Pre-Ordered items to a minimum, we will either post arrival times as information is available, or ship inventory as it becomes available.

Orders that include any Pre-Ordered items will ship out the moment units arrive in our warehouse, unless your order is cancelled before its ship date, or unless stocks are depleted. If there are additional items you wish to purchase, we suggest you put thru a seperate order so as not to hold up your items that we currently do have in stock. You will receive notification the moment your order ships, but we do not contact customers to confirm orders before shipping. Once inventory becomes available, any pre-purchased units will be fulfilled in the order they were received in, your credit card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

U.S. Priority Mail:
The U.S. Postal Service states Priority packages are delivered within 2-3 business days, our suggestion is to add a day to that estimate, just to cover the occasional mishap. Overall, they have excellent service, and don't make many mistakes! This service does include a delivery confirmation number, which is just that, a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number like UPS uses. Most of the time, you will only be able to see that the status of the package as "delivered", but only once the package has actually been delivered. We do not ship packages by U.S. Parcel Post for logistical reasons.

UPS Ground:
UPS states their Ground service takes anywhere from 1-5 business days to reach your doorstep from our facility, depending on which part of the country your are in. To get a better idea on the UPS Ground transit times, click on the "UPS Ground Transit Times" link shown above.

UPS 2nd Day Air:
This is the most economical "time guaranteed" UPS service we offer. UPS states your package will be delivered within 2 business days after your order ships. Delivery only occurs Monday through Friday. We do not offer weekend delivery on UPS Air packages.

UPS Next Day Air:
UPS Next Day Air Service is the fastest shipping method we offer, and the price reflects that speed! UPS states that packages shipped via UPS Next Day Air, will arrive at your doorstep the next business day after your order ships. We do not offer weekend delivery on UPS Next Day Air, so, for example, if you place your order on a Friday, your package will not arrive till the following Monday. If your order is placed before the end of our shipping cycle during a weekday, you should receive your package the following business day. Although our shipping cycle varies through the different seasons, count on a 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time shipping cycle end time.
