· Click the "Check Rates" button BaldMountainCoffee.com ships Monday through Friday, all year round, excluding an occasional holiday when shipping carriers are closed. Most orders that are placed before 5:00pm, M-F, will ship the next business day. This may vary slightly with the onslaught of the holidays. An automated purchase receipt & tracking number are sent with all orders, to the email addresses provided when completing your purchase. Mutliple shipping methods are offered to further customize your shipping options. We strive to maintain reasonable shipping charges for our customers, which are constantly reviewed and adjusted, for a $0.00 shipping profit target. Shipping charges are auto-calculated on our website during the checkout process. Bald Mountain Coffee offers some of the most competitve shipping methods in the industry. Shipping charges are subject to shipping distances - Postal code based, and poundage. In some cases, additional handling fees are already included in the auto-calculated charges to help defray extraneous shipping costs. Shipping Schedules: We run a tight gun when it comes to shipping. Our warehouse packages and processes orders around the clock, seven days a week to meet our customers demands. Once your online order is placed, it goes into our first-in-first-out queue, and will be processed accordingly. Shortly after your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the orders associated tracking details. All order cancellations must be cancelled over the phone, directly with a Bald Mountain Customer Representative, during our normal business hours. We do not accept order cancellations via email, voicemail, etc... All cancellations must be made directly with a Bald Mountain Customer Representative. Orders that are processed prior to cancellation are subject to a 15% processing fee. International Shipments: Delivery Charges, Courier Fees & Tarriffs:
In some cases, the governments of countries outside the Unites States require additional "courier" fees, and/or importation tarriffs to complete the delivery of the order once it gets to the border of the receiving country. Bald Mountain Coffee Company has no control over these fees, and will not/can not be responsible for these additional delivery/taxation fees for International orders. Please check with your governments rules & regulations concerning the importation of the products you wish to import before placing an order. All shipments returned to Bald Mountain Coffee Company due to refusal of receipt by recipient, or abandonment are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges for refused receipt shipments are non-refundable. Any additional return shipping charges incurred due to a refused shipment will also be chargeable, and non-refundable. Non-deliverable Orders: Please make sure the "Ship To:" address of your order is accurate, complete, and recognized by your local postal-shipping service as a deliverable address. Bald Mountain Coffee runs minimal address verification checks, but in the end it is the customers responsibility to enter accurate shipping information. Orders returned to Bald Mountain Coffee Company due to an inaccurate or incomplete "Ship To:" address, or abandoned shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges for returned orders due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information are non-refundable.
