Return Pre-Approval:
Merchandise will not be authorized for return without pre-approval from a Bald Mountain Coffee Company representative. Please contact us at 866.393.9155 - toll-free, to receive pre-approval for any merchandise purchased from Bald Mountain Coffee Company that you feel may be defective. Once you have received prior authorization for merchandise return, please mark the shipping box clearly with the authorization information. Returned mechandise sent via COD, and or with postage due will be be rejected, and returned to sender. Returned orders can be sent to the following address:

Coffee Return Policy:
Bald Mountain Coffee Company does not offer returns on our Coffees. For everyones safety and protection, all Coffee purchases are final and non-refundable.
Merchandise Return Policy:
Our products are thoroughly tested / investigated before we make a decision to resell them. If the product does not perform their intended function, and perform it well!, we will not sell them.
Within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise, if for some reason your product just doesnt work for you - fit, size, etc..., we will gladly refund the cost of the item, if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition, original packaging intact and unaltered, no exceptions!
Returned items that were sold with "Free Shipping" may be subject to an additional fee to cover the costs of shipping the merchandise for the original order placed, and up to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be applied to the credit of the merchandise once returned.
When self-returning items to Bald Mountain Coffee Company for refund, it is in your best interest to ensure the items are properly packaged to avoid damage, and to ensure an insured method of shipping is used. Bald Mountain Coffee cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during its return journey.
Prior approval from Bald Mountain Coffee Company is needed before shipping back return merchandise. If you have questions concerning any of our products, please contact us prior to purchasing to get your questions answered. Bald Mountain Coffee stands behind all products we sell. If you recieve defective merchandise, please contact Bald Mountain Coffee within 72 hours of receiving your order. All defective merchandise beyond the 72 hour period will be handled through the manufacturers warranty for the specific product.
Order Cancellations:
Our warehouse packages and processes orders around the clock, seven days a week to meet our customers demands. Once your online order is placed, it goes into our first-in-first-out queue, and will be processed accordingly. Shortly after your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the orders associated tracking details. All order cancellations must be cancelled over the phone, directly with a Bald Mountain Customer Representative, during our normal business hours. We do not accept order cancellations via email, voicemail, etc... All cancellations must be made directly with a Bald Mountain Customer Representative. Orders that are processed prior to cancellation are subject to a 15% processing fee.
