Returning Items:

New, unused AND undamaged Items:

New, unused, and undamaged items may be returned without prior authorization within 30 days of purchase to our address below, with all original items and accessories; AND original packaging intact. Credit for the returned item(s) will promptly be applied to the credit card that was used when the original order was placed, once we receive the returned item. Be sure to include an order number and name so we can properly apply any refund due, to the correct party. Please securely package items that are being returned. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged and or lost during the return journey. Please DO NOT require a signature when returning items, we have a secure drop location for return items. Incoming shipments that require a signature risk being returned to sender. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note: For everyones safety and protection, we do NOT offer returns or refunds on coffee, coffee beans and coffee bags.

Returned items that were sold with "Free Shipping" may be subject to an additional fee to cover the costs of shipping the merchandise for the original order placed, and up to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be applied to the credit of the merchandise once returned. Any promotional items that were included free with the original purchase must also be returned when returning an item.

Damaged and or defective items:

If you receive defective and or damaged merchandise, please contact Bald Mountain Coffee within 72 hours of receiving your order. All defective merchandise beyond the 72 hour period will be handled through the manufacturers warranty for the specific product.
