Return Pre-Approval:Merchandise will not be authorized for return without pre-approval from a Bald Mountain Coffee Company representative. Please contact us at 866.393.9155 - toll-free, to receive pre-approval for any merchandise purchased from Bald Mountain Coffee Company that you feel may be defective. Once you have received prior authorization for merchandise return, please mark the shipping box clearly with the authorization information. Returned mechandise sent via COD, and or with postage due will be be rejected, and returned to sender. All shipments returned to Bald Mountain Coffee Company due to refusal of receipt by recipient, or abandonment are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
