All of the Zassenhaus Coffee Mills have the same functionality as the next, fully adjustable grind, from coarse to Turkish fine grind. They work similarly to that of a pepper mill. Just rotate the thumb nut to get the grind you need. The thumb nut can be screwed down so that the top and bottom conical burrs mesh together for a fine Turkish grind coffee if desired.
